I have used Noreen three times in the past 8 years, and she has performed above my expectations each time. We purchased a home in an area we were somewhat unfamiliar with and her guidance and perseverance in that effort was invaluable. After 8 years in that home, we decided to upgrade to a larger home. She helped locate properties that matched our criteria. Once we found our ideal property, she negotiated a significant cost reduction from the asking price and followed through on all details until we closed on the property. Additionally, we listed our first home with her which she sold in a very reasonable timeframe especially considering it was off season. We sold this home at a significantly higher price than we paid for it. She successfully handled three property transactions (two purchases and one sale) for me and I would absolutely use her in the future without hesitation. I highly recommend her.
